In June 2019, Highway Equipment & Supply Co. became an authorized Avant dealer of articulating compact loaders and attachments.

Avant Tecno USA, a fast-growing articulating compact equipment company in North America, offers more than 190 different attachments, and the articulating compact loaders' small, lightweight style makes them ideal to work in buildings, basements, tight spaces and on rooftops, according to the manufacturer.

"Breaking into a new market is always a great opportunity for Highway and our customers," said Vice President Ryan Flood, Highway Equipment & Supply Co. "Offering Avant's articulating compact loaders allows us to meet more of our customers' needs."

Avant articulating compact loaders are suited for tree service, landscaping, construction, demolition, farming, turf maintenance, snow removal and park projects. Highway's sales and service staff received product training to support the new machine lineup.

Highway also carries Volvo CE, NPK, Doosan Portable Power, Gradall, Carlson Paving Products, LeeBoy Performance, Bobcat and Kage Snow Plows.
